    I love the opportunity to get the cords off the floor, vs. the surge protectors that sit on the floor. It's great by the side of my desk for the printer, tablet lamp, etc. Behind our night stand, it accomodates all we need without requiring a big gap between the wall and the furniture.

    The unit is nice because the outlets swivel but it doesn't mount to the wall outlet. It's just a push in. When you unplug something that was plugged into it, the unit likes to pull out of the wall outlet. There should be a center screw to hold it into the wall outlet.

    i live in a hundred-year-old house with an inadequate number of outlets, so every outlet has to accommodate a bunch of items. this is a good way to do it without a bunch of cabling everywhere.

    We needed the ability to turn a motion sensor light in a specific direction and this surge protector provided the ability to get it in just the right position to pick up movement at night. The outlet we needed to use was in an odd location.

    Perfect plug for the place you have too many plugs. Instead of sticking 10 inches out into the room this keeps them somewhat neat and out of the way. Porcupine flattened! Sweet...

    So I have this behind my entertainment system and I have some bigger plugs for chargers etc. And because it can swivel it let's me push the entertainment system closer to the wall for a sleeker profiles and a cleaner look. I love it.

    I have a new computer desk. I had a power cord/desk problem - no space. I really needed the side way plugins. This thing worked like a champ. It saved space, and made it convenient to plug & unplug the power cords.
