The only thing i did not like was the on off switch. Its kind of sensitive and delicate to get it on the mode you need. But all in all it shreds very nice and not to noisy.

When I unpacked it I was surprised at the weight and number of teeth. It looks like a tiny automobile shredder! It has a handle to pick up the too part, and shreds any paper into little bits about a centimeter long. Works like it should.

The removable top is surprisingly heavy, it feels solid. The cross cut leaves documents in very small pieces vs long strips which is why I chose this item. There have been no issues at all, it works great and delivers everything it claims.
