I use this to connect a Rocketfish Bluetooth receiver to one of the optical inputs of Denon pma-800ne integrated Amp. The DAC inside the Amp is better. Well, I get better than CD quality music sound coming out of my old pair Bowers and Wilkins floorstanding speakers.

Works just as it should. Reasonable price. Good quality.

Todays new Smart TVs can only be connected to your surround sound with an Optical Audio Cable. RCA cables are no longer usable. I found these Insignia Optical Audio Cables work well with my LG Smart TV and my Onkyo surround sound

As advertised - needed a quick connection between the new TV and receiver and optical seemed the easiest and cleanest. Not disappointed

I have a Sony Sound system from 2010 that was sitting in a box for a long time. I had no idea what kind of cable it needed but the employee at the Best Buy I visited assured me that this would work with my tv and sound system. Lo and behold it works! Although it's an old system, it sounds great.

The cable made my life so easy because I just plugged it in and the soundbar was working. I didn't have to do any special settings of any kind. I almost returned the soundbar because I was having a hard time getting it to work but this cable solved the issue right away.

The sound quality is good. Work great with Samsung Smart TV. It would be good deal if the price is lowered.

Great low cost alternative to HDMI. This was used to connect Sound Bar with television (Eclipse SB and Samsung television) after the sound bar kept causing the television to randomly turn on or off. This resolved the issue, works just as well.

I bought a new 50 inch tv. New tv's don't have the old RCA plugs for older surround sound A/V receivers. I found a inexpensive solution with these optical cables, eliminating the need to buy a new A/V receiver. They perform great, and hooking them up was real easy.

I purchased this cable as a part of an attempt to hook up a Bose audio/mp3 stereo directly to my tv. Along with Insignia's Optical to RCA converter, I was able to successfully connect the speaker to my tv while sacrificing little to no sound quality. High Quality Cable! A++++++++
