It’s a cord Works great, easy to install An asset to my listening experience

I bought this when I purchased a sound bar and it does the job with no issues. Price was fair so that's mainly why I purchased this one. I wasn't setting up a super hi-def audiophile home sound system, so a basic wire was all I needed.

Used the Insignia™ 6' Toslink Optical Audio Cable to connect a TV to a sound bar. Connection was quick and easy and using an optical audio cable avoids having to use one of the TVs HDMI connections for connecting a sound bar.

I needed a cable. This is a cable. I purchased it to connect two things and those two things are now connected. If you have two things that need to be connected I highly recommend the purchase of a thing that connects them. This is one such thing.

My sony bravia 950G tv would lose sound just in the middle of watching something. I had geek squad come and check it out and turns out all I needed was an optical cable as well. For $18 I haven't had this issue again.

I was unable to hear the TV through my speakers that are attached to my AV Receiver, even though I connected the HDMI cable to the ARC port of the TV and receiver. This audio cable snapped easily into both devices and I’ve had perfect sound from that moment.

Title of this review says it all. It’s a great price and did what we needed it to do, as we just bought a smart TV for the first time and needed the cord. It is a little short, so keep that in mind when you are mounting. You can buy longer ones off of Amazon.

Works great for my setup, In which my TV is close to my stereo amplifier. Signal is clear, didn’t know I could connect the two with this until I looked into the stereo manual. Sound is great and strong, and I would recommend this for short connections.

You most definitely needed with the wireless headphones. When you purchase the headphones make sure you purchase the optical audio cable. To me this is not right...they sell each item separately which to me is wrong.

Great sound bar for the price - been using it for over 6 months now, and sounds great! Now it's 10 bucks cheaper than when I bought it, so it's a great deal - especially for a smaller bedroom TV.

I recently switched out my cable box, and wanted to connect my tv directly to surround sound. I had heard that the optical cable was a better solution, this was an easy plug in, and sound is great would recommend it!

Great Product. Needed to hook up TV that did not have RCA Jack's. So I bought a digital converter box and needex a cable. This was what I needed. Everything works great, and easy to hook up

Been using this digital cable for a few months now and haven’t had a single issue. Great price and great quality. Easier to use than something super easy to use(toaster maybe?). Would buy again.

Some soundbars don't even come with audio cables but even our one that did we chose to buy this one instead. It is important to make sure you have a good quality cable and this one is well priced with great quality!

Used this optical cable to hook up my LG 32" TV to my new Bose 700 Sound Bar. Wow! Sounds like I'm in a movie theater instead of my living room!!! Really recommend both IF you want great sound!

Bought this cable to connect my new lg smart tv to a digital-to-analog audio converter (Insignia). My speaker system is producing pretty good sound. I will definitely recommend this product if someone is looking for a budget optical cable.

Required an optical cable after the purchase of a new QLED TV as it did not have component cable outputs. Glad I purchased as you can tell a difference in the optical audio cable versus component output. Very clean and crisp sound.
