Works well for a small monocular/spotting scope. Would also work for a small camera. The legs are flexible but the feel as if they might break if bent too far. It has a flimsy feel but it hasn’t broken yet. For the price I am pleased.

Happy the tripod, perfect size, just have to make sure you have everything extra tight. i noticed sometimes that if I don't make sure to have this done, my camera tend to fall forward and the last thing i want is for my camera to fall.

So I looked at this online before heading over to purchase. FYI I was buying this to put my DSLR camera on. Not going to work. I am tempted to keep it for my smaller cameras because it is a good price. But know, this is a tripod for a small digital camera or go pro. Nothing more.

Bought this to carry around. Sometimes we end up in places I can use a stand but to carry the large tripod isn't convenient. Great to keep in the glovebox of the car.

I used this a few times for macro videos, and I knew i wasn't going to use it extensively so I wanted something cheap. The flexible legs are wobbly and seem to transfer even small vibrations, however, you can use a remote shutter control or to set the camera on a delay to avoid vibration in your pictures/videos.

It does the job. Legs are flexible and fairly sturdy. The catch screw that holds the ball joint in place is not as tight as it can be, but will hold the joint in place. Good product for the price.

As long as you only use this tripod to stand something up you'll be fine. I tried to wrap it around a small pole to mount a tiny projector, less than 1 lb, and it's more of a pain than feature. For the value, it's decent.
