Sadly, our building HAD rats apparently and they chewed through my printer cable, I'm just thankful it wasn't the power cable (though they probably would have been electrocuted, and I would have come to work having fried rat for breakfast). I ran to Best Buy and purchased this cable and was back and able to print in no time. Cheap replacement, but works all the same!

This USB cable was purchased specifically for my new Epson 1600 printer to be setup for printer functions from the connection to the monitor. This was helpful with a recommendation from a BEST BUY employee. I would have preferred to buy the brand that I had to replace but I just bought a new tower and a WIFI.

My printer wouldn't print. The Geek Squad tried for an hour to fix it remotely. Finally decided I needed a new cable. I know nothing about hardware, but a Best Buy associate found me the right one. Unfortunately it wasn't my cable that was bad put the port. However, the new cable works when connected to another port, and I am up and running. I appreciate the help from the associate.

I purchased a new computer and printer a few months ago, but I kept having problems with the printer not printing. I would have to jiggle the cord to get the printer to work. So I bought this new cable and it works great. Now when I hit the print button the printer fires up - no more jiggling the cord.

Since this was only a cable it will be a little bit difficult to come up with 50 characters for a review. It plugged into my printer and laptop with no problem and is plenty long. I did not notice any breaks or damaged places in the cable and the ends were securely attached. Why didn't I get one of these for the printer I bought at the same time? I could write a lot more about the printer.
