Nice transfer cable , very durable, no problems good syc time

The main things you want in a cable is that it works and it lasts. So far this is showing good on both accounts but time will tell. It was a bit more expensive than others available but I needed it quickly.

Haven't used this particular one yet but have used another one in the past and had no issues. Transfer from one computer to the other went well once I knew what I was doing.

I bought new pc's for my business and thought I was going to have to transfer everything by disk. When the sales person recommended using this cable, I figured I would have to by additional software to use it, but the software app is included in the cable. Just plug it into both old and new PC and you are in business moving files. Can't get much easier!!

quality data transfer cable. Sturdy and reliable product.

This cable is the definition of plug and play. Despite having two different operating systems, I connected my laptop and PC and flawlessly transferred files from one to the other. To say that having this saves me time (no need to use an external hard drive, etc.) is an understatement.

The first time I connected my Mac to my Windows PC and activated the two applications, one on each system, folders/directories appeared on each system. The Mac displayed only the files on the Windows PC. The Windows PC displayed a split-screen with Windows PC files in one section and the Mac files in the other. The only issues I had were (1) that the Windows PC display would not "Restore Down" so that I could access other windows except on top of the file window and (2) that sometimes the Windows display would inexplicably lose the Mac file display. This latter issue was normally fixed by replugging one end of the cable but was an irritation. Other than those two issues, the cable worked as advertised and will likely work similarly for Mac-Mac and Windows PC-Windows PC connections. I can recommend this cable easily if the purchaser can accept its limitations/issues.

Needed to transfer apps and did not still have the old physical disc. This cable allows you to transfer complete app including setup files. As you cannot just drag and drop EXE files in most cases. Works great and easy to use. I recommend this product.

I purchased a new computer and needed to transfer massive files from the old one. Rather then use a flash drive and follow the tedious task of moving files on and off of that drive, I just plugged the two computers together, one became slave to the other, and the transfers were simplicity itself.

It provides another tool for the toolbox to greatly help in the moving of items from one computer to another. Software is built into the cable so all you have to do is plug in the two computers and click the new usb drive on each machine, You will instantly have a local and remote machine.

Nice but I didn’t need it for my video player too TV only an HDMI cord was needed. It was a tad pricey too but I bet for the right equipment it’s needed for it would work because it was made of good quality with nice packaging.

I needed this to transfer video from security cameras. It worked, but would have been better if it had come with better, or any, instructions. And it was a lot more expensive than expected.

Overall, the cord did the job on transferring data from my old laptop to my new one. The interface is a bit hard to navigate at first, but after you learn the ropes this cord is a great piece of tech.

The USB cable is a piece of ‘machine’ , it has done it job of transferring information from a handy cam a laptop. Do it job in setting up a game system to the t.v.

This item was exactly what I needed to be able to transfer data from an old computer to a new computer. It was a little difficult to figure it out, as the directions were unclear. Once figured out, worked as advertised.

Worked well to transfer data/files from one computer to another. Directions could be more clear as to which end of the cable to connect to each computer (the two ends are different). Appears it doesn't matter, but the directions should say that.

Just plug one end of the USB cable into the 'old' computer and the other end of the USB cable into the 'new' computer and the software installs itself. Then just select the folders/files you want to transfer and the transfer is quick and easy. SO much easier than using flash drives and backup hard drives.

I recently bought a MacBook Pro and I needed a way to transfer my files from my PC laptop to my new computer. This adapter was cheap and very easy to use. Within minutes I was transferring all my data over. Plug and Play at it's finest. Would recommend to anyone switching from PC to MAC or vice versa.

I purchased this transfer cable which was an "Excellent Choice"! You do not have to download a transfer program with this transfer cable since the program automatically is built in. Simply just connect the USB ends to each computer and select the program that instantly appears!
