The cable has a good amount of insulation and the connectors have a solid tactile feel to them. Connecting a USB cable to the female connector side is very easy, almost to the point that the cable can be pulled out of the connector a little too easily. It would be nice if the connection could feel a bit more locked in when inserting a USB cable into the connector side of the extension cable. No complaints about performance after several uses, and the purchase price of $9.99 was reasonable to me.
