    While the cable does do its job, the software tool it installs does not always want to play nice with the Windows 11 operating system. The transfers go quickly and are a fairly smooth process but sometimes the files do not want to copy over, giving an error code about the directory being inaccessible even when you're accessing them while signed in as Administrator on both machines. Ultimately, we got the information transferred over using a combination of this cable and traditional USB flash drives.

    I bought this last minute, because I was giving a presentation and forgot to bring my cables for my projector. That being said, while this product works perfectly for what it's manufactured purpose, it did not work for what I was trying to accomplish with it. Make sure you are only transferring data, and not intending to use this for video. The product name should have warned me away from trying to use it for something other than it was intended for.

    I was able to do what needed to be done. The cable transferred the files I needed from my desktop to my laptop flawlessly, just make sure you select which is sending and which is receiving is it to the right or left. I definitely recommend this product. I am happy with the purchase. .

    Easy to use, very handy for transferring data from my old laptop to new computer. If I wanted to use two screens, it lets you do that, too - when you connect two computers, you can move your mouse between screens.

    It did the job. Out of the box, the process was relatively straightforward. Plug one end into the old laptop, load the program, connect to your new computer load the program, make any tweaks to what you’re transferring and let it work.
