Used an existing one I had and it only charged my phone. Looked into it and found that some cords do just a charge while others transfer data (I.e. you can do google maps with Apple car play in the car). This cord is perfect to make everything work as you expect it to

This one is much more flexible (and longer). It appears much more durable. I'm quite happy with it. The price wasn't bad either.

It very long and is highly durable for a heavy use. If you using indoor plz use less shorter cable (6ft). Charging time was longer compared to usual cables

Not knowing the length I settled on a 6' cord. The benefit has been my variety of choices on where to sit it to plug the Kindle in to charge and the benefit of being able to have it plugged in when I read in bed. I love it.

However, as the cable is good to use, I still keep it. I am lucky that its quality is fine during opening compared to those who received the bad one. I will recommend it as the cost and effect. Even though it is cleanrance, no one can purchase it after me. :)

The cover is started to split at the port where it plugs into the phone. But i believe this is an age and use thing, as i have had it for about 2 years at least.

It’s plenty length and fast at transferring information. Takes a long time to charge newer iPad models.
