    This was one of the best purchases I made. The cord is so long that no matter how I'm laying in bed the cord is long enough and doesn't tug. It works jus as effectively as the cord that came with the phone but has a lot more freedom of movement.

    Much improved experience from two months ago. A person was there to great me the moment I walked in the door. He called a sales person over to assist me and saved me time finding my purchase. The last time I had a person pointing with a drink in one hand with a bad attitude and or not caring. Thank you for the improvements.
