So glad Best Buy had what I needed! Seems this USB-C to USB is not very available just anywhere! They had both the Apple and “other” that I was assured would work just as well and was much less expensive than the Apple version. It has worked just fine! Work well with Microsoft Surface Dock to connect a laptop to a high refresh rate ultrawide display. Display runs at 3440x1440 240hz, but with this cable Windows only allows for 144hz refresh rate. That is fine for me though as it is for work.

At the front of the pyxis is a usb port for the monitor and this cable worked perfectly when using my atomos ninja monitor. Prevents me from buying the blackmagic branded monitor. Highly reccomend

Instead of puchasing a new monitor with my new laptop that did not have an HDMI out, I purchased this. It works perfect. I am able to do 4k @ 60hz without issue. It may support even higher resulution, but I am not sure. Worked well for me.

Quality product and an extremely affordable price but more importantly easy to use and works like a charm. In the past, other multiple items that were more expensive and cumbersome to use were recommended to me and unfortunately did not work. This inexpensive and simple item worked without any hassle and I did not have to be a tech aficionado to make it work.
