    Still don't understand why in 2023 printers don't come with cables. But the wireless feature works great but still.

    I was told to buy it because it would fit in my Scanner and it was required. That was a big lie. And I was told to come back to the store the next day with the scanner so she and the other employee would make everything functional. I put a call into an area of Best Bye International and the representative had my scanner working over the phone. Best Buy same store seems to scam senior people.

    Your company sucks as hell! I was disappointed when I first entered your store, Asian guy at the receptionist desk blew me off like a little buck weed. As soon as I said hello he said I am busy I don’t have time to help you. And then he pointed me to the computer section and he said rudely; go over there someone would help you. I thought that was disrespectful. I started to tell him to kiss my halaluya!

    We were recommended to purchase this for our apple hard drive because we lost our cable. It did not work with it though.

    Not Working Complet ely with my Equipment

    Plugged into computer from printer, Canon G7020 prints but won't scan (computer not commun icating with printer for scanning) otherwise it will print.
