    Poor design. Drawers are sticky even with no bottles in them. Does not fit the designed number of bottles per rack, even with standard Bordeaux bottles and will be several bottles short per rack with Rhone type bottles.

    Very pleased with cooler. It’s very quiet and looks great in my kitchen. Best Buy did a great job delivering it without any damage.

    I was disappointed in the wine cooler. It says that it can hold 61 but that is not the case. The shelves once they are loaded with wine they will not slide open . Plus there is hardly any room between the shelves making it very difficult to slide the shelves. I would not recommend the cooler becuase it is poorly designed. It should be 48 bottle wine cooler if that.

      Hi, thanks for your review. The rating bottles number is used the standard Bordeaux bottle 750mL(H*R:300.5*76.4mm). If you do not use the standard bottle, the bottle number maybe different. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    I’ve had good luck with small coolers made by Haier. This unit looks like most others but is priced less

    Great product. I normally would have Geek Squad do the installation and fit it under the counter with a bit of adjustment. this time I did not cause what happened to a situation that happened a two months ago. I had cameras and wifi (eero) installed and did not stay and watch them. The Geek Squad technician took advantage of the situation and stole the equiptment that he failed to install and did not leave behind and also stole money from one of my desk draws. When I wrote back and called customer service, still after one month no response from Bestbuy. Bestbuy have a record of who it was but still no response. This is a corporate derelict of duty to a loyal customer ( I have been an elite member for years). It is very difficult to even speak with a US based call center. It seems that many companies like Best Buy don't want to be bother about problems. I hope that this was an isolated situation but I am limiting my patronage with them in the future due to their non response.

      Hi, thanks for your review. This product can hold 61 standard Bordeaux bottles which is common used in industry. And the standard Bordeaux bottle dimension is 300.6*76.4mm(Height*OD). BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    First unit failed within a week

    Unit arrived quickly and appears nice. Temperature did not seem to be 41 degrees. A couple days later i was woke to an alarm with a LO error code than E1 code. This all occurred at a week of ownership. I checked the temp and inside was 52 degrees. I contacted Best buy and they set up an exchange. Hopefully the new unit is better but confidence is broken with it.

    It arrived on time the frame under the cooler was bent making it hard to slide it under the cabinet. then once we got it under the cabinet the light didn't work so now, we had a hard time trying to get it off from under the cabinet.

    Strong Off-Gassing Odor

    The cooler works fine, but...after being in use for over a month, there is a terrible off-gassing smell when the door is opened. I tried turning it off for 5 days, left the door open and added a pan of baking soda to try to get rid of the odor. Nothing has worked so far...still a strong off-gassing smell. Need help please!!

    Been a month and still not delivered. Waited 8 hours for delivery and they didn’t show up. Then I called and they said refrig was not available for 3 weeks. Poor customer service by Best Buy. I would buy elsewhere

    Noisy and door does not close nicely

    After having this for a few weeks, I would not recommend it. The door does not stay closed unless you hold if for a few seconds which when you have guests over grabbing from it, it often gets left open as they do not notice that the door pops back open when closing it. It runs very noisy. I also do not feel like it keeps drinks very cold. Not worth it.
