This is a nice TV for a good price. It's not perfect though. Freezes sometimes when using the remote. I like that the Fire TV software is on the TV. Easy to maneuver around.

Love the quality, and it’s easy to use! Wanted the 58” but went with the 65” and it’s better than what we were anticipating.

Great TV we really enjoy it. Take it out of the box put it on the wall. No issues works great great picture.

The picture etc are fine but frequently in the midst of watching something the show will stop and I will see a message on the fire tv screen that there isn’t enough storage room to install updates. I have added an exterior usb storage but only a few of the apps can be moved to the usb and I still frequently receive the message on my screen. I don’t have game apps or saved youtube videos, just Disney, paramount, Starz, Netflix, Hulu, and other apps like that. As far as the audio, when I switch the input over to cable the audio is out of sync. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and changed settings on both the tv and the sound bar numerous times trying to deal with the audio situation. It worked better but only for a bit. The only thing that seems to work is turning everything on then switching inputs and finding the channel I want then turning off the tv and sound bar and then turning it all back on again and switching inputs, opening the cable input already set to the channel I want to watch. The audio and video will eventually fall out of sync again but it works for a few hours. Audio works fine on fire tv input and blu ray input. I have taken to watching cable on one of the other TVs in the house.

Bright picture. The colors are very brilliant. Also love the apps that are available on the smart TV.

I just love my television. The smart fire TV Is great! And the price was amazing. Best Buy brand Insignia Is a very good brand TV'S etc are a great brand.

I was concerned about switching from an easy to use Roku tv to a fire tv but the transition was seamless. Super easy to use. Was pleased to find out you can actually go to websites on this tv. Easy to set up, easy to maneuver and find the apps we use. Love the voice remote! Switching to cable by just saying “HDMI 1” instead of trying to figure out where the input button is to switch, is huge! Being able to just speak a movie title and the tv giving me the options of what app I can watch it is a plus. At this point I think TVs should come with HDMI cables but it doesn’t.

This TV surprised me! My wife and I bought it as our first TV and it has worked flawlessly. I couldn't compare it with other displays with OLED technology and stuff like that, but for us, it's been great to watch shows and movies. The FireTV software works great, it's fast. We also got a TCL of the same range with similar specs but this is way better, the sound, the display panel, and everything is just better at almost the same price. Totally recommend it for the value it provides, especially if you can get one during black Friday as we did.
