Purchased after returning the QLED version due to the brightness being TOO bright (not bad, just not for me). Picture quality is good and after having used Roku TV for a while, Fire TV isn't that bad. Sound is pretty good, but can be off from the show at times (not sure if that's a TV issue or program issue).

I got it for a major discount because it was an open box, but everything was there. I have Amazon prime so I also have prime video & I love that it has the buttons on the bottom of the remote for easy access & I don’t have to scroll for the apps. The screen is a great size & fits my living room perfectly.

Great TV for the Price!

Picture is good, crisp, and colors look vibrant. There are absolutely better displays out there in the market, but for the price this TV earned 5 stars.

The quality is good for the price, but don’t think you are getting a Samsung or Sony, there is an obvious difference in picture quality but not bad for the price.

Very happy with it! Downside was delivery. Scheduled for 2:30pm - 6:30pm according to the BestBuy e-mail, but the delivery truck showed up at Noon, much earlier than window we were given. Nice he was early but not if we weren't going to be there since we were told a time window later in the day. Also, Amazon Echo Dot was an added gift with the TV purchase. I was supposed to get this free but forgot to pick up because I didn't realize there was a window that they cancel the order. Now they are saying I can't get the Echo Dot and have to pay for it. Not a great system for following scheduled delivery and not being able to reschedule a piece of my order they are now taking away.
