Just purchased our new 4k 65 inch tv. There was nothing wrong with our inch that we got from best buy years ago but id was not smart or 4k. Would not fit in our car but they delivered it to us at no charge. Also got a 10 per cent military discount on my purchase. Keep up the good work as we have lot's of other products in our home purchased from best buy.

Insignia 65" Fire Edition TV

This has provided a great improvement in picture quality and I do not need a cable or satellite service, just good internet service.

The only reason it does not get 5 stars is the design. The bulk of the frame is at the bottom which makes it awkward when putting it on a tv mount.

Then it started to shut off on its own while I was watching. Slow to respond to commands. Had memory board replaced, TV can continue to have problems with shutting off or going to black screen automatically on its own. Decided to go with a different TV. Picture on this TV is not clear with dark areas showing grey and shadows. When I got the other TV, I realized how much I was missing out on in the area of good picture quality. Wish this TV had an improved picture quality and more memory. Fire TV's have very little memory and are known for this issue. I love Insignia, but will never go back to a Fire TV.
