Tv has good picture and the operating system seems to be smooth so far. Better quality than I expected for the price.

Then it started to shut off on its own while I was watching. Slow to respond to commands. Had memory board replaced, TV can continue to have problems with shutting off or going to black screen automatically on its own. Decided to go with a different TV. Picture on this TV is not clear with dark areas showing grey and shadows. When I got the other TV, I realized how much I was missing out on in the area of good picture quality. Wish this TV had an improved picture quality and more memory. Fire TV's have very little memory and are known for this issue. I love Insignia, but will never go back to a Fire TV.
