Horizontal line FIX

Returned the TV for another one and this TV also has the horizontal lines. After talking with Best Buy and Insignia , I started to mess with the settings. If you are getting the horizontal lines while watching cable broadcast, go into your picture settings and change the mode to GAME MODE. This should resolve your problem.
