My wife and kids have a hard time with it as it’s not like others that just log in and go to TV. So this is logging into Amazon then loading what hdmi you want or loading a program. If your ok doing the extra work it’s great. If you have a family like mine that won’t use it for that reason get an LG. We have a few of them and they are amazing.
