Great product, Got to do better with p/u process

So basically I was told by my app to pick up the purchase from store on Friday. When I got to the store the app had refreshed and told me it was preparing my order. After messaging support I was reassured that my purchase was at the store. Got to stire was told it wasn't ready again! In steps Kristie, and needless to say everything was resolved. Thank you so much Kristie, and best buy.

Insignia Fire TV, a good value

I had a smaller Insignia before and was ok with it. While it is not the best picture out there and you will want a sound bar the overall value for the money is very good, it is not a home theater set, but if you are looking for something good with nice features on a budget than it is a good value. After all it is basically last years Toshiba in parts
