Not Happy with Purchase.

My low rating is due to the fact that my TV often freezes or resets to the Home Screen while I’m viewing programs. With respect to the freezing issue, it has nothing to do with my wifi connection which is strong with plenty of speed to stream. In addition, every time I try and get certain apps, I get a message that says the TV does not have enough memory. This is annoying because I have not downloaded any content so I’m puzzled as to why my memory would be full. You also are unable to uninstall many of the pre-loaded Amazon-related apps which in annoying.
