YouTube bug with this TV

It regularly flickers green while watching. Also, there is very limited storage space for the Fire TV component.

Im constantly unplugging it to reset and work okay for maybe a day or two. Also, always tells me I don’t have enough space but I don’t have anything downloaded other than 4 apps, the rest are pre installed and you can’t delete them.

Horrable picture quality

However its complete inability to render a clear image was not something I expected. After hours of tweaking the settings and looking up suggestions by others with similar models, the best I could settle on was an image quality that was grainy and weirdly lined in the foreground and very grainy and blotchy colors in the background. If watching a very bright movie or show the problems were not as bad, but trying to watch a scene that has shadows or a dramatic range of light is miserable. Here is a list of items that provided better picture quality for the exact same media: 8ish year old 30" Dynex LCD, 3ish year old iPhone SE, 4 year old mac-book, 7ish year old 11" Lenovo thinkpad, 2 year old base model HP laptop, and in the most stunning quality of all a 1080p ViewSonic 21" computer monitor connected to the aforementioned thinkpad. If I could get a 65" version of the ViewSonic or even the Dynex I would have been very happy for the price point of this TV. There is no excuse for a 4K TV to be such lower quality than an outdated 720p TV. The graphic user interface was decent and fairly intuitive, and the Alexa voice interface was only as problematic as all voice interfaces are so no real complaints there. When I contacted Insignia customer service they were very prompt to respond and friendly but ultimately the best advice they could give was to return it before it was too late to get a refund.
