The size is great and the picture quality is incredible! The packaging was well done, and delivery was fast and stress free! We have bought most of our electronics etc from Best Buy and will continue to do so!

I purchased another model of this tv 4 yrs which I loved so I assumed this new bigger model would be just as amazing. Boy was I SO WRONG. I got it delivered because it’s massive 65”. The delivery was smooth, employees polite, product arrived well packaged and seemingly undamaged. I work 6 days a week, decided to WFH for a week to be able to enjoy my new tv and noticed something was wrong with it immediately. The tv kept freezing and rebooting sporadically. Tried factory resetting it multiple times which did not resolve the issues. Checked the power cord which was only ever plugged into the wall. It will only not reboot as frequently when we are playing on our game systems on it. This was a huge waste of money as I have no way to transport this tv to return it (which insignia and best buy suggested) *insert longest eye roll & side eye*. If i could give this 0 stars I would. I’d NEVER recommend insignia to anyone. I may see if Insignia will repair the device but that in itself is a hassle because I work most of the week. Purchased on 4/2 delivered on 4/6 Return window ended 4/21 noticed 4/18 it was defective. Pros: beautiful picture Cons: everything else
