Ive had insignias in the pas and loved them. Still do. But going from my hisense 55 to this there is a definite downgrade in the contrast ratio. All the blacks are very crushed with little to no detail in the shadows I’vetried to use my ps5 with hdr and it looks horrendous so i just play it without the hdr on and it looks passable. Not a bad tv at all for the monie but far from perfect as well.

I was able to exchange the tv at the store and the new one is perfect!
