Either full on shut off or go to the profile screen. Then we started noticing the apps woukd keep scroling after we were done using the remote. Got geek squad out to look at it and comfirmed all the issues so they swapped out the main board. A week later it started doing the same thing all over again. Now were on our second house call to try and fix it. Gonna try a new remote. Really disappointed with this purchase

Strangely Insignia brand sound ARS not in preferred list and also had to insure remote control / tv compatibility Worked it out.
