    I ordered the 65" INSIGNIA TV online and I picked up the item at the Bel Air store on Jan 3rd 2025. The screen was cracked on the corner when box opened and arrived home. I attempted to return the TV on Jan 9th 2025. The store manager told me Th policy is not to accept returns for damaged screens. No exchange, credit, anything given. I have been a loyal customer for many years. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY unless you like making purchases 6 (SIX) DAYS OLD and being told "We can't return the TV because you might have damaged it during pick up or handling." It is 6 DAYS, not 6 MONTHS. NEVER AGAIN BB.

    Avoid the F30

    Had two different F30 televisions delivered and both had dead/ flashing pixels across the bottom of the screen. Both had to be returned after being installed. TV itself is ok, sound is flat and it’s pixelated when dark, but cost is minimal. Pay for what you get here. Save yourself the possible headache and get a different model. I have never had problems with Insignia before so just think this specific model is garbage.

    Its a good tv but comes with technical problems i got 3 tv from same brand and they are coming with a malfunction on they’re system its not turning and insignia and amazon doesnt want to help with the problem

    Terrible picture quality. Don’t waste your money! Can’t live stream a decent picture with fast WiFi. I even uninstalled apps to make the tv run faster and still very poor picture quality. If Best Buy doesn’t fix it then’ll lose my business from now on.

    Defective screen!

    TV was delivered yesterday, set it up today. No damage to the box or exterior of the tv, but the screen is completely defective. Very disappointing as it was the one thing I bought during Black Friday sales. Will update review if and once it’s exchanged for a non defective one. Also, had it delivered and the only option I’m given for exchanging is to return to the store?!? Now I have to rebox it and find a way to return it.

    I took it out of the box set up the legs plugged it in and the entire right side of the screen was completely damaged and the store won’t do anything about it

    This tv is nothing short of amazing, Insignia is a Brst Buy brand and it is Top Tier better than most Samsungs. The smart apps and interface are user friendly and setup is quick and easy. The price of this television is also great. This is my go to if you want something that will last, show great picture and easy to use this is it! It also has parental controls for the adults with kids.

    You cannot find a TV in this size for a better price and value! Wow, I was very impressed with all the features and what an easy set up! I ended up buying another one for my other room. The picture and sound is awesome and the quality is very comparable to other more expensive TV. You can’t go wrong with insignia.

    This TV is clear, sound without extra sound bar is just perfect for regular daily use, the colors and graphics are on point 4K, excellent. The price was amazing and it can conveniently be placed on dresser with legs or hung on bracket on wall. The smart tv settings are easy to use and connect to all movie apps.

    Ive had my 65in Insignia Fire tv for almost 2 years now and still still running like a champ! I’ve since then paired it up with a Vizio surround sound and lemme tell ya, for a combined total of about $500 combined i have never had a better value for my money. Feels like a movie theater in my living room! And dont even get me started on the video game experience on this bad boy…wow!

    The picture is so clear and the quality of every feature is so high which when combined with the easiness of use makes this product a winner! Comparing reviews may make you anxious because this is the “house brand” but honestly this is a solid product for a solid price and if you’re like me and don’t truly care about the slight nuance between led, oled, qled, etc. (or really know the difference) then I encourage you to go with this one!

    With Amazon integration for your entire house, it makes it quite easy as an addition to the rest of your devices. This TV looks amazing for the price point that it is in. Functionality is 9 out of 10. I would give some advice, I would purchase the ultimate remote from Amazon so that you have two additional shortcut buttons and find my remote which is clutch especially if you have kids lol. How much would I recommend this tv? My 4-year-old broke the last one and I did not hesitate to repurchase it even though it wasn't on sale at time of purchase.
