Tv is easy to use. Set up was simple! Love picture and sound quality. Great value for the money. Have already told people who are thinking about purchasing a tv.

The picture quality is good and you can download apps which is great nowadays. My complaints are only 2 minor ones that probably only annoy me.....1) if you are watching regular channels, the remote does NOT have a button to go back to the last one.....2) if you pause a show in any of the apps, after a few minutes, the tv turns OFF. I know it is to save electricity but it is annoying that now I have to turn it back on and wait for home screen to load, go to app and wait for it to load, go to my show and wait for it to load in order to continue watching my show. I wish it had the option to change the settings but it does not.

I absolutely love this TV. Perfect size, easy to use and plenty of built in aps for me...Great price and the picture is amazing!

Overall awesome TV. I love the size and the image it comes with. Awesome sound and clarity. Super easy to set up when you have an Amazon account. I recommend this TV if you have an Amazon account because it personalizes the overall usage of the TV to you and your favorites. Overall good purchase and amazing deal that came with it!

Decent TV for the price, but not high quality. The Amazon software is lagging in comparison to a Fire Cube which I was used to. The picture does great with vibrant colors, but painfully lacks in dark colors, will get grainey with dark color scenes. If you're looking for a budget TV that is mediocre in performance, this is a great choice.

I bought this tv for the loft so my kids could have a better size screen. For the price I wasn't expecting much, but the picture quality is nice, I cant say anything about the sound as it ran through a receiver. Setup was easy, the remote and screen navigation is user friendly that my 7 year old has no problems. I'd recommend this tv for someone who isn't into 33 million shades of blues and the truest richest blacker than black tones you've ever seen.

My family and I love this TV. We love how easy it is to use and all of the features on that. The quality is great as well.

Needed a TV for my living room and I was on a budget. This definitely was a great value and the quality is top notch. The clarity of the picture is wonderful, the sound is awesome and it was very easy to connect to internet and other apps that my family uses. You won’t be disappointed!!

We love this tv! The picture is great, quality, color, sharpness, etc. Husband doeant complain during gaming and kida dont complain for cartoons or other kid shows, and we enjoy an array of family movies as well. Only reason i dont give 5 stars is my only complaint is the light glares off the screen in our living room..dont know if that is something that could be fixed in manufacturing or if it is something that would alway be on me as the customer/user to move the light...but preferr this tv/brand over some of the big named brands we've had in the past. This is our 2nd identical tv, 1st one we had for 2 years, kids cracked it the 1st week we had it and it work great until they hit it for it final beating that broke the screen with a lego corner.

Great tv! Light weight so easy to handle if you’re not professionally mounting. Perfect size for living room apartment. I love the voice controls and customization. I bought 2 so I have them synced. Best part is being able to add products to my Amazon cart right from my TV. The picture and sound quality is top notch. Two thumbs up for sure.

I did not think I would buy a store brand but a friend has four Insignia tvs and loves them. For under $300 a 65 inch smart 4K tv? YES! And it rivals my $1400 Vizio. Added a sound bar and couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. Definitely recommend.

Installation was incredibly easy, I highly recommend that if you guys this TV and are streaming live TV through something like the MySpectrum app, that you use a wired connection. Other than that apps like Netflix and prime video are very clear on a wireless connection. Brightness could be better so definitely keep away from areas with constant natural lighting. And sound is pretty loud.

Got this 65" 4k tv, an Echo Pop, and almost a year's worth of free streaming services for $350. Tv was a little heavier than I'm used to. A much smoother interface than my old Samsung smart tv, alot easier to navigate.

65" 4k TV for $300. Literally speaks for itself. Amazing deal, and everything about the monitor is either good or decent. Nothing bad to say really. Viewing angles are good Brightness is good Colors are good Sharpness is good (it's 4k after all) UI is good, not really laggy at all Speakers are acceptable Haven't noticed any dead pixels or anything, and my roommate games on it (spiderman and God of War). He has had no complaints.

Unpacking and putting together: This is one of the most well packaged TVs we've ever bought, especially considering it's a budget based TV. The entire top and side of the main box, comes loose from the bottom of the box, enabling full access to the TV without having to lift it. Putting the TV together involves only installing 2 legs to the bottom of it. It took us less than 15 minutes to get the TV unboxed, have all protective film off the TV, and the legs installed. Internet and profile setup: Since this an Amazon based TV, if you're like us and have all your passwords saved, setting up your home screen, and sign into apps, will both be a breeze. Start to finish, we had all apps and services signed into, within 5 minutes. Picture quality: This TV has an incredibly clear picture, especially at this price point. In fact, the picture is on par with both of our high end Sony TVs, which cost nearly 4 times as much as this TV. The only thing this TV struggles with is black. If you're watching a movie that's really dark in multiple places, you're going to have to adjust the backlighting of the TV to compensate. Outside of that, the picture is very good! Brightness: Initial brightness is simply average, but this TV has backlighting adjustment so that can be fixed very easily. Sound: Sound levels are very good, but it fades if you're watching at an angle or from more than 10 feet away. Lag: Very little. Refresh rate: If you're gaming on this TV, you will occasionally notice the refresh rate is average, but for most general TV, streaming, and movie watching, it's fine. Home OS: The OS on this TV is designed around Amazon. I find the home OS to be very easy to navigate, and simple to adjust. It's crisp, doesn't bog down, and enables good storage for several apps. Bottom line: At this price point, I don't believe you can find a better overall smart TV. We are VERY pleased with this TV.

The brightness and vivid color for this price point are quite good. Now don’t be expecting OLED or QNED or whatever the latest greatest is, but man I just tried this coming from a different brand and I was amazed at the picture quality. Now, I use it in conjunction with an Apple TV, which is simple and I love. The built in system however leaves a few things to be desired. Cons: mainly just the file browser system. What on earth were the UX designers thinking with this. I have a bunch of old movies stored on an external drive which I keep attached to the usb port. It plays them fine. The issue, is that instead of a folder hierarchy like a normal file browser, this thing just presents your folders in a ticker across the top row and so you have what seems to be completely indiscernible S1 S2 S3 folders not obviously tied to parent folders in an easy to navigate sort of way. There are 3rd party file browsers to make navigation better, but you can’t actually initiate the viewing of any content from those. I don’t use this much so it wasn’t enough to dock any stars but this might be a case of they shouldn’t let programmers also be design leads.

Color is outstanding. Sports pop and nature documentaries are vivid. I ordered a Sony sound bar, but didn't since the speakers really carry low bass well. Sounds is much better than expected. We use Fire Stick normally and enjoy the format. Very happy with the purchase.
