I don’t know how they don’t sell out daily of these. The gentlemen in tech, I forget his name. Was amazing. He warned me the sound some people complain without a sound bar. But I also know that default settings are not good. Change the audio settings if you don’t have a sound bar. It’s great and I am legally deaf in one ear lol. Great TV. Insignia has grown on me more over the years.

As Good as my Samsung QLED TV

And in comparison, I can't tell these devices apart. In fact, the Insignia's dedication to Fire TV makes it work better than Samsung's Tizan software (which insists on powering on to on-air TV despite the fact that I don't have an antenna connected). There really are no downsides to this product. If you want/need a 65" TV and you aren't a tech/video snob, save yourself about $1000 and get this TV. It's worth it.

I am enjoying every moment with my family. the clarity and picture quality is amazing.very easy connecting it to the wifi and other streaming devices. It has an inbuilt Fire tv and is so user friendly. Overall the best decision I have made

I did a lot of comparison shopping and there was no question that Best Buy offered the best prices. The online purchase was easy to navigate, a very helpful aspect for a 70 year old! The TV arrived on time (very fast) with the box in pristine condition. The packaging was excellent in both ease to open and well packed to avoid damage. I now enjoy a 65 inch wonderful screen experience.

We struggled with watching movies with our last TV because the dark scenes would not be visible. This is no longer a problem with this tv. The sound is great as well. Kids love watching tv and the colors are doing their thang. Great purchase

Great TV, but one minor issue

I had to turn the backlight off and turn the brightness down to 50% in order to get rid of those white halos in the corners. I mostly watch TV at night anyway, so turning these down is easier on my eyes and I don't feel like it ruins my TV experience at all, the picture quality is still great. The backlight bleed really only showed up when the screen was completely black or the scene was dark, but it distracted me enough during those times that I did something about it. I give this TV 5 stars because it is a great TV and I don't think everyone will have that problem and I still recommend it. Picture is clear and of high quality. Sound is great. Insignia is my go to brand for TV's. One manufacturing error won't deter me and it shouldn't anyone else either.

The picture is bright and clear, with colors that pop convincingly without looking too saturated and deep blacks that give good contrast. It operates quietly—there’s no faint whirring or background noise, so movies and shows come through crisply without any distractions. Even during action scenes or sports, there’s no noticeable artifacting or sound distortion at moderate volumes. The design is sleek and modern, featuring thin bezels and a slim profile that looks stylish on the wall or on a stand, fitting seamlessly into my living room setup without taking up much space.
