The picture is great and the sound quality is phenomenal. The only thing I would have to say is a bit frustrating is the Alexa on the remote sometimes doesnt quite listen or will open something entirely random, but other than that, we love this TV. Would definitely buy for another room if we had the space.

But on March 29th I lost everything to a fire sadly having to start over and since I enjoyed my other tv's so much it was a no brainer to but another Insignia really didn't have the budget for the qled and it also wasn't available so I went with the 65 UHD 4K needless to say I am super happy with it and definitely would recommend this TV to anyone.

Best Buy is where I purchase my computers, TVs, printers etc. they are very helpful and the price is always right.
