Best Buy made a quick and easy exchange the very next day! Picture quality is amazing and we love the voice control! We were bummed about the first one but that was so quickly and smoothly resolved it didn’t change the outcome of my review! Debating on getting the same TV just a tad smaller for our bedroom, that’s how much we love it!

Firestick comes with more than 11 gbs which is great & runs fast. I dont feel the need to get a sound bar with this tv its actually the best sound quality ive experienced yet. Only way i think a tv could get any get is for this tv to come in a oLed version at a competitive price

Kids can only watch kids shows.. picture quality is so much better than a roku
