Had it delivered. Came in the window promised. Brough right to my door. Excellent value price for a TV this size. Smart TV functionality works exactly as an amazon firestick would, except without needing the stick of course! Can't speak to durability as it's new, but it works great so far.

Having problems with speakers crackling and sound low otherwise. Other than that pictures is great. Very eay to set up. For the price this a good tv.

The Insignia 65” TV was recommended by a friend. Very pleased with ease of hookup and definitely a tremendous improvement in clarity and sound from my old TV. The price was excellent. Delivery was a breeze and free to boot.

I'm learning that TV is pretty much become unusable after a few years because of all of the software updates so we stopped buying super expensive TVs and just decided to buy a more affordable option so it's not so painful to replace when you can't update the software or Netflix or any of the apps and this one did not disappoint.
