I love the large screen and I am amazed at how great the sound is. The price was great For this TV and it is my second insignia TV that I own now.

I was expecting more. Not able to get the full PS5 experience, laggy streaming on nearly all platforms, can't hold high picture quality streaming. It is slim bezels and the screen went bad after about 1 year no warranty was purchased

I like this TV in almost every respect, except for the color rendering. I just can't get the colors to look good on this TV -- reds and oranges are super saturated, and skin tones look terrible. I've included photos taken with my iPhone to illustrate the point. I've owned older versions of Insignia TV's. 43" non-smart LCD TV's, and I always loved them, and never had a problem with the color

I’ve had this Tv since December of 2021. Mounted it on my wall and it’s been great for the most part. However I’ve never had the TV past 20 volume (it’s goes up to 100) as it’s plenty loud for my small apartment at that level. A few weeks ago certain tones on shows and movies sound completely distorted as if the speakers blew. Makes watching many programs pretty much unbearable.

Overall solid TV, BUT my HDMI ports are already starting to act up for no reason. Only had this TV for 7 months. Otherwise would be 5 stars.

The TV has excellent picture, audio, and framerate. It can be very bright, especially when turning it on. We've lovingly dubbed it the "flashbang." I haven't had a single issue playing high def movies and shows on it and the brightness settings are easy to adjust... But the "smart" features are super buggy. It remains connected to the Internet so I can stream on it, but it is never searchable for casting. I've tried resets, updates, and app management, but it seems like the feature is completely broken for this TV.

Good tv for the price, anytime there’s fire or something movie quickly, the tv “lags”. It’s annoying but you eventually get used to it.

Impressed with how well the wifi signal is picked up in our basement for this tv! Easy to navigate. Sound from tv speakers is so good that we returned the sound bar we purchased. Great color and clarity. Would purchase this one again! Voice recognition in the remote is super convenient.

AWESOME TV!!! I do not know why people pay THOUSANDS for the highest end tv of the same size as this one (65 inch). This TV is PHENOMENAL! Picture quality is superb!! I ABSOLUTELY love this tv! Pair this tv (or larger) with a soundbar of your choosing and you got yourself a home theater! I have watched dozens of movies on this tv since owning it and i have ZERO complaints! LOVE LOVE LOVE this big screen tv. Would i have loved to get a bigger screen? Sure but then it would have taken over my room LOL. This 65 inch tv is absolutely perfect for a medium sized room. FYI even the stock speakers have decent low end sound (for like when i watch tv series). In my personal opinion i suggest pairing this gem with a soundbar for a theater like experience!

So far I'm pretty impressed. All of my other televisions are from the "S" manufacturer, so going to the Best Buy in-house brand was a bit of a gamble for me. I went with this TV because of the QLED (quantum dot) screen and I wanted a relatively affordable price and 65" screen all in a single package. I am pleased that I did. Absolutely beautiful picture! I have this on my back porch (all glass, enclosed - and it holds up against the sun coming in through the windows)... Amazing picture. Having the built-in "Fire Stick" was another selling point for me as well. All of my media is via streaming and I use Fire Sticks on my other screens, so this kept compatibility for my subscription services. So, this has been a good choice for my needs and situation.

First off, we bought this TV online and out of the box it looks a lot bigger than we were expecting. It fits the space in our living room nice though. The screen is big, bright, and vibrant. Everything is easy to navigate. Having Fire TV built into it is a nice touch too. Since we’ve had it the only slight negative we have of it so far is that the speakers leave a little to be desired, but they get the job done well enough. We plan to get a sound bar to go with it. Overall a very good TV for the piece and we’ve always been pleased with the Insignia brand.

It has worked well I would tell a friend to buy it. I tried two others before this and both sounded horrible. This tv has great sound. It has great color and very easy to use

We were in the market for a new TV for our movie room. After days (almost weeks) of looking we stumbled across this beauty. We compared lots of TV's in store and at multiple stores. We were nervous to purchase a smaller brand like Insignia as it is Best Buys "Store Brand". I was in disbelief of the quality of this TV compared to some of the big brands like Vizio, Samsung or LG. The QLED screen on this Insignia is stunning. The 4K Streaming makes this look unimaginable in terms of color accuracy and brightness. I cannot speak for the sound as we have a big sound bar but the picture quality is incredible. I still cannot believe this TV was on sale for $499.99. Our friends came over and were shocked in the screen quality and the design of the TV. It was extremely well packaged in the box and very protected. We are honestly Insignia TV customers for Life now. Never will I spend huge money for big brands when the quality of this TV is competitive in that class. You seriously will not be disappointed in the vibrant colors and modern design of this TV. We couldn't be happier to replace our Vizio with this and will probably upgrade our LG 4K in the bedrooms to Insignia QLED as well. Fantastic quality and product.

I was getting tired of having to wear my glasses when laying down at night to watch tv. Decided to upgrade our tv since this one was on sale. While the 65" may have been a little overboard for us, it is AMAZING! Ended up keeping it in the living room and moving that tv to the bedroom. Tv responds quickly with the remote and the picture quality is the best I've seen. It's funny because when we go back to watch older shows, you can see so many more details up close, like the actors/actresses makeup where spots were missed.
