Great tv for the price. Response time is better than some of the top brands out there. Picture is bright even during the day where the sun shines the brightest. Took a leap of faith and now I’m a fan of insignia.

When it works... It's great. But having to restart it nearly every day to clear whatever has gone wrong... This sucks. My Roku tv never needs this much babying. Do not buy

This TV was great, essentially an in-home theatre, but it bricked itself after less than two weeks. There was no power surge in the home and, moreover, it's plugged into a surge protector. Even after using factory reset... It turns on and has only grey and pink lines where the image should be. I had to hire a mover for this and I am unamused that my last TV lasted 14 years and this lasted less than 2 weeks.

We have a 55in of the older model from 4 years ago that still works great, so we got the 65in for our other room. Honestly, these are the best bang for your buck when it comes to a TV. I really like the FireTV operating system.

TV is awesome at night but during the day, the glare make it in watchable. The colors also appear to be muted. The reviews were good but the performance in average at best!

Tv itself is good. Only real complaint i have is how cheap the remote it came with was. I ended up having to buy a replacement remote within 5 months of having the TV.

Honestly this is just as good as a samnsung or lg for a fraction the price. But don't take my word for it i cant hardly tell a difference between 4k and 2160

Bought this for my guy birthday he loves it cant pry him from the front and the tv and the apps stay updated and downloads so fast.

I don't like it's screen picture. Like if a black person is on the show or movie or whatever is on, it shows some of their head or face as like a whitw color. I can't go into the store n ask. I tried on the 14th n no one could help me, i even went to ask at the Geek Squad n they said i don't know n said well then why are you here n another guy jumped into our conversation n said were here for computers n something else. They said call 800 Geek Squad, first of all way to many letters n so i tried it while still in store n she said let me look it up. I'm just so fustrated with Best buy at the moment n have been since i started buying 2 TV's in March of this year. No one knows anything anymore. It wasnt like this 35 or so years ago. I could call the St. Cloud, MN. Store n could get help. I have that phone number memorized. I just want to return everything n shop somewhere that knew something, i mean what would you do???

The picture quality is good, but it makes me think there is no makeup artists on showers anymore with how their imperfections show easily.

Tv came as described. There was no remote and didnt come with legs for the tv to stand on. The employee that brung it out was very helpful
