Good tv crap remote

Seems to be the tcon board. Out of warranty of course. Buy a warranty.

Screen flicker

It was probably something that could have been taken care of with a software update, but I didn’t want to risk it and returned it.

Done after 2 years

All of a sudden the picture dimmed and a day later we cannot see the screen at all. All the searches I’ve done and all the possible fixes haven’t fixed it and I’m sure at this point it is done. They really don’t make things like they used to! Won’t be getting an insignia again.

Insignia TVs poorly made; Best Buy doesn't care

I couldn't be more disappointed. Best Buy's customer service was unwilling to offer anything other than a costly repair, and that was after leaving me on hold for 40 minutes. I will never purchase from Best Buy again, knowing that they sell inferior products and do not stand by them or care about the quality of the products that they are selling. Boo.

Where did the store dynamic picture go

I felt the quality was poor. Just didnt see the dynamic picture that I thought it had in store, once I got it home

Unpredictable

Suddenly becomes unresponsive to remote. I have spent hours on support. Remote has been replaced. Sometimes can be restarted, sometimes not. Sometime one remote works, sometimes the other, sometimes neither until multiple efforts to restart by disconnecting power. I like it a lot WHEN IT WORKS!
