Pure Junk!

Now just 6 month since the main board was replaced it is failing again, only this time all warranties are expired. This piece of crap didn't even last 2 years I wont be buying another insignia tv again.

Poor picture quality compared to Samsung $30 diff.

Samsung lowered a 70” 6 series to $599 so returned this one and purchased the Samsung. HUGE DIFFERENCE!

Don’t do it!

Not the best.

Open box items won't work

Faced a lot of issues in just a few days. As I bought it as a open box not able to return it online. I need to drop the item at store, this is without box so very hard to return it. This is for all the customers who buy open box beware, best buy is selling not working products through this option. This is not I was expecting from a reputed company. I will give it a 0 if there was an option

Terrible Television

Unable to use television without it freezing up. This wasnt the television we wanted but the salesman said it was a very high quality television and assured us that we would enjoy this television over the other one that we were considering. I would honestly just like to return this television and never buy another inignia product again.

Insignia TV broke within weeks

I turned it on and the screen displayed the picture snowy and with ziggly lines. Needless to say I exchanged the tv for another brand-samsung. Best Buy was great about the return and delivered another TV to my house and set it up with no additional charge.

Not buying Insignia again

Insignia was always a bad word when I worked for Best Buy and for good reason. Ive had the 70" F50 for only 3 months and already has 6 white halos in the center if the screen from the blacklight. Great...

Defective after 3 months of use

It still functions, but requires me to unplug it and plug it back in nearly every time I want to use it because Fire TV becomes bugged out and refuses to load any inputs (ex. HDMI or antenna) and even streaming through Fire TV apps fails (ex. HBO Max). Very disappointing and annoying.

No more Insignia

Horrible support and you call a dedicated insignia number, they are awful and even though I had total tech still had to call them directly. Carried into my car and returned to the store!
