Great price for this TV

After a couple of weeks of watching this TV, I ended up retuning it for the Hisense U65H TV which had a better picture and I still have today. Overall this TV was OK but the Hisense is better.

DO NOT BUY!!

This TV died within 20 months of purchase and best buy wont do a thing. Look up this brand on other websites. People have the same issues as me. STAY AWAY!!!

Not impressed

The center button on the remote stuck and remained stuck. When I went to the store the staff told me it was the eighth one they returned. They have another remote from another TV that appears to work but doesn’t have the same preset buttons. Not happy. Second the picture is average at best. Nothing like in the store. We are not impressed so far.

Sound continues to quit

Bad deal

It was insignia “ their brand “ and they couldn’t care less about you as a customer. We waited almost 1 months to get geek squad out to tell us that it was broke and needed to be replaced. Then, they informed me that it had since been discontinued in the last 3 months and they wouldn’t replace it with a comparable model , of any other tv. That was wrong and I’ll never shop there again.

Broke after 3 years and 1 month
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best buy refuses to offer anything after the LED back panel died and we’ve only had this for 3 years and 1 month. Decent cheap TV if you dont mind buying a new one every 3 years. I guess you get what you pay for. The Smart Menu is clunky and slow, it also gets wonky and needs to be rebooted a lot. I’d say avoid this at all costs and go for a better brand.
