Great picture and TV for the money. picked up 2 for $400 each. to get a 65-in q LED TV for $400, even though it was last year's model is still a deal in my book. The only issue I have is when connecting the EARC hdmi to my soundbar, the TV volume indicator stays on the TV. I ended up having to use the toslink out from the TV to my soundbar in order to get rid of the volume indicator off the screen.

When I was first considered this purchase, a bestbuy associate was trying his hardest to talk me out of it. He was saying that the "video quality sucks and it's not a good main tv". I already had it made up in my mind that I was going to purchase it because it was on sale and it was a good step up from what i originally had. I purchase a warranty with everything I buy so I wasn't necessarily worried about it breaking down on me. So after getting it home and setting it up, I was very impressed. The basic video/picture quality presentation is good, your able to watch your screaming videos in descent quality and sound is okay. I have a new Bose tv sound bar so that greatly increased the sound quality. Where this tv shines is in the video output. I have an Xbox series X and I run everything through that. The video/ picture quality looks way better running through my Xbox than the regular tv itself. My video games look better especially with the Dolby video and audio running through it. My streaming services look way better too with one exception. The video quality glitches up every so often while streaming videos off of Disney+. The only way that it doesn't do this is if I disconnect my Bose speaker from it and take away the Dolby audio/ video quality that it adds. Because of this I give the tv 4 stars and not 5. Let me know if anyone else is having this issue and if there's a better way around this.

Don't waste your money on OLED.

Recently spent big $$$ on a large OLED that all the "experts" said was "the best" for the basement and wanted something more affordable for the living room. I went with the cheapest TV in stock at the size I wanted. I was very surprise at the quality of the TV. Sure, the OLED looks a little better, but not $2000 better. You really need to be staring both TVs, side by side, and have the eyesight of a hawk to notice a difference. More surprising to me was the sound quality. I used this with a JBL soundbar that died after a week. The TV switched to its own speakers and I hardly noticed the difference. Don`t even waste your money on a soundbar with this TV unless you are setting up a home theather. For a regular living room TV, you really don`t need one. Also, the feaures are pretty cool. When someone rings my Ring doorbell, a picture pops up with a video while I'm watching TV. My OLED doesn't do that. I used my PS5 on this TV and it is perfectly fine. The only downside is the remote doesn`t have a keypad, so you are changing to channel 1430, you will be hitting the up button for a long time. I`ve seen this TV as low as $350. For that money, its a steal, and BB throws in an Echo Show also!

Great size and weight. Colors were a bit unnatural when first installed but after adjustments everything works great. Typing with remote to enter email or passwords is a lot easier than with other brands. VESA mounting pattern is a bit lower on the case than other brands so the TV is higher on the wall. Very good price especially on clearance.

Excellent picture. Bright rooms it easily shows very well. We left a 3 year old TV for this one and the picture is truly amazing. We currently are not using the built in Fire services, easy YouTube to have it working exactly like our older TV. Nothing new we had to learn. That was a very pleasant surprise. Sound on this TV rivals our sound bar.

Nice tv, worth every penny for the price. Initially was getting "searching for remote" issue while first setup. Connecting internet with LAN cable and update fixed the issue. After that no issue till now. Good picture quality.

So far this is the best tv I owned yet!! The fire system is fast and more user friendly than roku that I owned for years. Picture is super crisp with deep blacks and colors that pop off the screen. Sound is above average with nice treble and bass adjustments. Also 399 best price for a qled anywhere.

Great TV at a good price. The picture is great-especially when watching 4k. 2K is also not that bad. Some of the OTA stations are so-so. The TV speaker sound is not bad. Dialogue is understandable. Action shows and movies are better with a sound bar and sub. The remote is uncomplicated and easy to use.

Awesome TV for a decent price around black friday. Its huge and has a great picture. It does this weird thing on rare occasion where it randomly turns on. Ive found insignia fire tvs have this happen from some electrical thing. Thats the only issue ive had with it.

Bought this TV for my new house. The picture was the clearest of all the ones within my price range. Store was great and set up free delivery. Also came with 3 months of free Apple TV and another month of another subscription that I can't remember right off hand. Great tv for the price.

I am thrilled with everything about this TV. The picture quality and the color leave me in awe. I never expected it to look so good and get some many free channels. I hope they continue this series, because if this one goes bad, I will be back for another just like it.

Excellent picture and very easy setup. Can be set up to start at the last channel viewed in settings. Don't have to navigate from the Prime start page every time the tv turns on. Pick up on same day was super fast and staff helped load the TV in car. Thank you.
