Excellent picture. The system is little laggy comparing with a Fire TV stick Max. First time for me to purchase Bestbuy brand tv, purchased 5 year warranty just in case. Very satisfied with the quality now.

This is our first television over 30”. We did not want to spend a lot. The price was good, and the picture quality is great. It was easy to set up and connect to our cable. We would recommend it.

I bought this one after having the smaller 58" version for about six month's. It's a good budget tv to replace our twenty year old 55" Samsung. Picture quality it pretty good and works as it should.

I’m really happy with the TV so far. i’m having a little trouble hooking up my sound bar that’s it. I have to try and figure it out.

Best TV I have ever owned. Used to be hesitant about SMART TV because i have Apple TV. This works without Apple TV box and supports all my Apple devices.

Went from a roku to this with fire stick and it’s a better tv. Good quality. Better than I expected and at an affordable price.

Fire televisions appear to have issues with using the Spectrum app. This is a problem if you have Spectrum cable in one home and wish to use the app in another location with a FireTV.

Great picture for the price! The sound is ok, but not great.

Bought this TV because our last one went out suddenly and I just wanted something to get us through the next year or so, so I bought something cheap. Definitely a mistake. It constantly glitches and apps crash or when we’re watching shows the tv starts cutting out and getting choppy, or the sound doesn’t match the picture, etc. it’s super slow to respond and the remote doesn’t give you a way to get to main settings of the tv and the menu that DOES open doesn’t actually work. Thankfully using the phone app as the remote works better, but that’s really annoying to do when there’s multiple people in the house. There’s also no easy way to fully turn off the tv- pushing the power button goes into standby mode. I have to go into the phone app to get to the menu and restart the TV through the menu multiple times per day to solve issues and this tv is only about a month old. We own one tv (this one), so other than that, the only things on our WiFi at any given time are my cell phone, my work laptop (very literal video conferencing and the TV is always at least paused when that happens), and occasionally a couple of kids tablets, so our WiFi is not overloaded by any means. Definitely do not recommend this tv and I completely regret buying it, but right now I have no other options, so we’re stuck.

The TV is excellent. Great picture quality and sound. Partner it with the Insignia sound bar and you have a great home entertainment setup for the family.
