Decided to take a chance and bought this one without any reviews. This tv is fantastic and only issue I’ve had so far is that it sometimes states how it cant find the network when I turn it on. Other then that it’s extremely well packaged to the point I was afraid i woukd break it removing the screen protection.

I tell it to go to a particular show, and it goes to another (via remote). I was in an app with music & when I closed it - the sound from the app and the sound from the tv channel it was on were mixed together for some odd reason. It also went black at times. Never again will I buy an Insignia - I'm trading it in for something else. Best Buy is helping me & they are great. The only good thing I can say about this is the QLED pic is great - much better than the model I returned (just LED) I bought this tv & had problems from the start. First, it kept going black for no reason when watching, and something else happened but I can't remember right now but I returned it & got another Insignia - big mistake - it had problems too. I'm returning it & will never buy Insignia again
