Bad TV not worth the buy

This can become a nuisance if you want to watch DVDs or play games. The TV also has a mind of its own and backs out of ongoing movies and is super slow. Should of listened to my spouse about buying Amazon TVs I would avoid this TV if you want a seamless experience and not have issues.

Worst Tv Ever

Tv often resets itself to the Home Screen in the middle of watching shows and while playing PS5 it blinks to a black screen randomly. Just being able to get to a show is work itself. I’d rather sit in silence than try to navigate the horrible UI. It’s a piece of junk and will never purchase an Insignia tv again.

Absoulte junk

The Geek squad came and diagnosed the problem and then told me it would be 3 weeks for the part. They refused to give me a new TV. So I decided to purchase a new TV from somewhere else instead of having a 65 inch black screen on my wall for 3 weeks!

Garbage Company and policies

Was sold protection plan claiming it covered all damages. And we i went to see if they would replace the unit the so called manager blamed me for the screen pixel that was off.

It was making a popping sound Best Buy didn’t want to exchange it inside I got a brunch of appointments and miss work just for them to eventually replace the something in the back of the speakers but now when I turn the tv on it say TLC FIRE TV -_- if I wanted tlc I would’ve brought just that !! Best Buy counts yo days !! Your employees Cosumter service is awful and they made it seem like I should be grateful like it was a free tv !!! I paid money for this !!! I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! KISS it !

Posted .I'm truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your Insignia TV and Best Buy. It sounds like you've had a really difficult time, from the speakers blowing out so quickly to the issues with getting an exchange or repair, and then the unexpected "TLC FIRE TV" message.
It's completely understandable that you're upset, especially after paying for the TV and having to miss work for appointments. You absolutely deserve to have a product that works as intended and to receive good customer service when there's a problem.

Horrible colors, grey not black, sharpness is horrible, like looking through Vaseline. And its a Standard TV not HDR. Shame on me. Too late to return, I mistakenly missed the return deadline.

Had to return it twice because of dark areas in the screen in both units. Don’t know if the delivery company handles them correctly or just bad brand.

This TV has a bright vibrant crisp display that to me looks like you would get on a higher priced TV. The sound is also great, I remember when these led TV'S first came out you almost had to buy a sound bar also to get good sound. You wont have to buy a sound bar with this TV. This TV is an awesome value for the money. I cant believe that you could get much of an improvement in picture quality and sound
