STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS TV IF YOU USE HDMI PORTS!
Read up on the HDMI-CEC issue that these junk heaps have. When you switch from the TV home screen to an input, it will act like it is switching and then just go back to the main screen. There is no permanent solution; only one that barely works. So mad I missed my return window. The TV operates pretty slow anyway. Spend more to get better.

I have never been so relieved to be able to return an item, the fire tv has some serious issues:
1. There is something in the hardware so if you pause what youre watching after 5 minutes the tv will automatically turn off
2. There is no Apple music, Apple TV but no Apple music
3. The TV will randomly boot you out of whatever youre in and send you to the home page
Amazon has no helpful information and turns out so many people have been having issues with the 'sleep timer' turning off the TV after 5 minutes
Would not recommend, TV is not worth the money and has 100% deterred me of every buying another fire TV (at least until Amazon fixes their stuff)

Bought a 65" Insignia TV with 5year protection plan, hooked it up and found out i could not ger my Insignia headphones to work on it. Went back to Best Buy so they could help but no one, Manager all the way to Geek Squad had any idea of how to make them work. Went back three times spending gas money and time because I could not believe no one knew what to do. Need to have someone trained on wireless headphones.

Set has a terrible response to menu controls,pauses and goes back to the main menu constantly. Do not recommend until they upgrade the software on these.

This TV lasted about 2 months before the mother board went out. The Geek squad came and diagnosed the problem and then told me it would be 3 weeks for the part. They refused to give me a new TV. So I decided to purchase a new TV from somewhere else instead of having a 65 inch black screen on my wall for 3 weeks!

Brought this and in less than 4 weeks the speakers blew out !!! It was making a popping sound Best Buy didn’t want to exchange it inside I got a brunch of appointments and miss work just for them to eventually replace the something in the back of the speakers but now when I turn the tv on it say TLC FIRE TV -_- if I wanted tlc I would’ve brought just that !! Best Buy counts yo days !! Your employees Cosumter service is awful and they made it seem like I should be grateful like it was a free tv !!! I paid money for this !!! I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! KISS it !

Sold me broken tv and blamed me for the damage.
Was sold protection plan claiming it covered all damages. And we i went to see if they would replace the unit the so called manager blamed me for the screen pixel that was off.

It says Insignia, so I thought I would give a chance to impress, but it turned out to be TCL, and I knew I was doomed. Horrible colors, grey not black, sharpness is horrible, like looking through Vaseline. And its a Standard TV not HDR. Shame on me. Too late to return, I mistakenly missed the return deadline.

Disappointed in the quality of this brand. Had to return it twice because of dark areas in the screen in both units. Don’t know if the delivery company handles them correctly or just bad brand.
