Best Buy featured two manufacturers (on my visit) for this item. The first one said it covered my ASUS laptop but didn't support the 3.5mm socket. Andered me. On my second trip, They actually had a SECOND UNIT *The Insignia and this one DID. Problem solved. Both were priced exactly the same and this one was less bulkier than the other one which I appreciated. I highly recommend THIS UNIT. Then again, assuming the sockets fit. Note to self: Confirm it at the store before buying it so you don't have to drive back 50 miles from Portland, Or like I did!!!

Does what you would expect a charger to do. The best part of this transaction was the wonderful assistance that we received from the associate in your Champaign, IL location. He patiently & with humor, went through several chargers until he found the right one. I can't say enough great things @ this experience. It has definitely changed my mind @ Best Buy. It now feels like the people that work there actually care and are trained to really help the customer.

I carry this charger in my computer bag and it allows me to charge different electronics without carrying a bunch of different chargers.

This universal charger is perfect. has plenty of adtapters to fit all my needs and easy to use. great support from site as well to identify the proper attachment for my devices

The charger was bought as a backup charger for a laptop for my home. It has worked just fine so far. With all the different ends available, it will fit many different laptops, etc.

Quite pricey. But it was worth it. It had just the pieces I needed for my laptop. No shortage. No inconsistency in charging

Was compatible with my computer, a little pricy and disconnects easily. Overall it works great and is what I needed to keep charging my computer

The variety of adapters is nice. I used it with multiple devices and it worked well with all.

I purchased this because my daughter needed a power cord for her computer but there were no other options available in town. It works fine for her laptop so far and she’s been using 2-3 x a week for almost a month. Not sure if she will ever use any of the other adapters but we were able to get it from our local Best Buy the same day. Best Buy‘s curbside pick up works really well, FYI.

My work gave me a laptop which was brand new but somehow gave me the wrong power adaptor. The first time I went to use my first adaptor (3 weeks after I got the laptop) I realized it was wrong so I went to go get one on the fly as it was over a holiday weekend and needed to get some work done. It is very pricey for my liking but I get it....people aren't buying these all of the time and it is more for convenience.

Good quality, could use more variety in ports as was lacking what I was looking for but was helpful for some other issues I was troubleshooting with my laptop repair business. Not helpful if you work with gaming laptops as not powerful enough.

Doesn’t fit perfectly with my computer but it charges great and gets the job done.

This charger was much less expensive than the Dell product and works just as well. Almost two years of use and no issues!

Great charger, never had a problem with it. Price is steep but what can you do. Has literally all the plug ins I'd need. Use it mainly on my Samsung Laptop.

My dad needed a new power cord for his Acer laptop. It works wonderfully and has had no problems since November 25, 2020 (when we received it). I got it when it was on a really good sale as one of Best Buy's Deals of the Day. We only needed it for an Acer, but it has different attachments that should work with the other 7 laptop brands listed! Additionally, the power cord is 10 feet, so you have a lot of room to work with.

This adapter will work with multiple devices as it includes the variety of tips. It didn’t work great for my needs, but did the job. The particular tip I used was for a Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker and it was loose enough that I had to return the charger.

I have a beagle who chews on stuff. I love her, but she is pretty darn indiscriminate: her toys, toilet paper rolls if she can get 'em, my son's Legos and action figures, and sometimes the dangley ends of power cords. This Insignia kit is handy: a power charging block, and a bunch of different charger interchangeable tips for many makes of laptops. I needed to replace a beagle-eaten charger, and this set had the proper tip (and several more besides), works just fine, stays cool, charges the laptop. Not remarkable, just quite good & useful.

My kid lost the charger and could not find it. No way to do homework without a charge so I bought this one since we couldn't wait. I thought it was a bit pricey, even though it comes comes with multiple charge adapters I was disappointed that it didn't come with the one I needed, but Best buy did sent me the correct one at no cost just had to wait for it.

I use my computer in bed, in the living room, and in the kitchen, on a lap desk. This charger augments the one that came with my computer, saves me trips when the computer needs to be recharged, and lets me charge and work interrupted in more locations.

Have several tablets and laptops. Instead of having to carry many different cables, can carry this one to use for all. Works great.
