I gave it a fair rating bc that's how I felt the quality and energy efficiency of this freezer is. You do get what you pay for. After a few days indoors, and not opening the freezer, my temps were not zero or below (i had to turn the freezer to coldest setting to achieve 0 to -5) and there was frost around the top ring of the freezer where the seal is. Manual defrosting will be a frequent process. Cosmetics are decent and it does come with a small basket. There is no lock and you'll need to buy a thermometer to ensure proper temps.
