I am now on my second of these units, I returned the fist one for frost build up on the inside of the door, to me this means bad fit up or a bad seal. I exchanged it for another one one and it is worse than the first one. This can only cost the consumer more money in the long run. I am a loyal Best Buy customer but this product is poor.

This was ordered and arrived for in-store pickup within just a few days; upon picking it up, it was considerably dented on the front corner, appearing to be damaged from forklift transfer. I love the freezer, it was exactly what I needed, and Best Buy was willing to accommodate a reduced price for the damage. Overall I am happy with the product and service. It is noticeable, but did not affect the purpose of my use for the freezer. It is deep, but I do wish it had shelving.

Been debating if I should get this freezer or not and then it went on sale and I bought it and haven't regret it yet..

Good value at a good price. Not a quality freezer, but not paying a quality freezer price is nice.

The chest freezer is big enough to for all my fish, meat, and ect. Only down thing is if they had different colors.

I love my freezer just my size for my family.. Although, we only received 2 pegs for the legs. We love it.

Failed after 3 years of use, the compressor runs hot but does not cool the food.

ordered on line and when i went to pick it up changed my mine on the size and the next one up.

I shopped around for other deals on a freezer, for the size and the price, this was the best deal at the time. It has great storage size and doesn't take out to much space of you have the room, only issue is I wish they made another basket drawer for it, it came with one. Over all great purchase

We have this down in our basement for overflow from our regular fridge - so far we've only used it for one item, but it cooled down quick and has kept our stuff frozen. I like that is has a light so I can quickly tell if it is not running. And it's also good that it has a drain for defrosting.

A good sized freezer for a modest price. It keeps everything frozen with no negative aspects, to date.

We bought this to have ice cream for our 50th Anniversary party. We stored cups of ice cream in it and kids got in, grabbed a cup and added Root Beer if they wanted, so they opened and closed it many times that night. Worked great. Quality product for how inexpensive it was.

This freezer has met our expectations to this point and it was a good price for the freezer.

Best Buy did a good job on delivery. It's quiet and the door works real smooth.

I bought the floor model, so of course I didn’t expect perfection. We picked up the next day but when we got it home, it looked like Freddy Cruger was locked inside and trying to escape. We ended up returning it because it wasn’t useable.

It’s okay for the price. There could be something better out there.

Have had the freezer for a month or so now, and it works fine, no issues.
