I bought this Freezer as a necessity for my Fiancee and I. It was great price for a good size freezer. It does its Job. I wish there were some type of shelves for Items other than just having to toss items and then digging when you need to find something.

I was leery about purchasing a non-name brand product, but the positive reviews convinced me. I am very happy, and satisfied with my purchase.

I needed a freezer for special purchases and this one fit perfectly into my kitchen and held everything I had. Even better, it was the floor model and was on sale, so I could take it that day.

I had the freezer out in my garage for extra meat. Came home one day and it was defrosted, and all my meat was spoiled. Had it about 3 months. I think the seal was not good, couldn’t find my receipt for warranty info.

Had to buy this little gem on sale when my wife was producing too much milk for our baby girl! filled up quickly, and got the job done! VERY quiet! grab one on sale if you can.

Not only is the freezer perfect still!! I love the staff at Best Buy! Always enjoy shopping there with there help. I like that they have a knowledgeable person for everything!!

I will give no star if there is a option! I bought this for storage for my breastmilk for my babies ! I always shop at bestbuy, I thought I can trust it, actually I had multiple choices where to get my freezer, but I choose bestbuy again , I was totally wrong this time! It stopped working one day, I don’t even know when, I didn’t check it everyday, (well I should)! I have to throw away all my breast milk, which is made me so so so mad, and I cried for all my hard work and wasted!!! Now I have to check it every night before bed which it drives me crazy! I don’t know if I can trust bestbuy anymore for electronics!!! And I don’t know if I still can return it or not!

Reviews were good and price was right. Packaging was very good. The freezer is working as expected after one month of ownership. Hope it continues for a long time; we'll see.

I was looking for a freezer and this is one of the few that has good reviews and you can't get the price. Over all very happy with it. I haven't had any issues.

freezer works great! It was exactly what I needed for extra storage. The Best Buy employee was great as well and even loaded it into my car for me.

This freezer takes forever to get to freezing. Has ice lining the nside..seems like the seal is not well installed. Hopefully it doesn't break down before the year is up. Buy a Hisense for sure!

I think this is a very good freezer, neat, quiet, and the most important is that it is efficient.

I had an old upright freezer that went out. Since it was hardly ever full, I needed a smaller one just to hold meat when I find a good deal on it because I like to smoke shoulders and ribs and stuff. This is just right. Got down to temp fast and is very quite. I have always got good service from the Insignia brand,,,

My Experience was worst,bought the product on 8/3/2019 and Product stopped working on 8/23/2019 after 20 days, and i am in call with customer service from morning and they keep on redirecting to someone and no one was able to help me for past 5 hours. I thought since Insignia is best buy product they will be help me better, that is the reason i bought insignia, But their customer is really really bad. I have baby milk in the freezer and its almost close getting to spoil and if this is not resolved by today 8/25 everything will be waste.

Works great. Quiet, door takes a little getting use to . It springs open quickly. Very disappointed with the large dents. Both sides. I should have made them take it out the box before I took it home.

As a freezer, it freezes things very well and they stay that way as long as I keep them in it. As a television, well...not so good.
