We had it for 3 weeks it stopped freezing so the $20] worth of meat we had in there spoiled my only option was to trade it in for another one hopefully this one will continue to work.

Picked up and when I got home and unboxed it there was a big dent 2/3 the height of the freezer on one side. After calling the store, they offered to get another one which would have taken a month or knock off 20.00. Since I needed it I took the 20. It is working well so far.
