    My freezer just stopped working. A year and 3 months after I bought it.Wat a mess. Got home this morning and my whole kitchen was a mess. It's like they make these products to stop working just after your warranty on them expires.

    When levelling freezer, touched the levelling foot received a shock and tripped the gif switch and knocked out the power. Again was shocked by touching the inside metal. Scary!

    This product is very useless. It doesn’t even freeze itself. After 7 months, it stopped working. No one helped me. Insignia or best but didn’t give me support and my 130 dollars.

    The product was plugged up the day after receipt just like advised and my food melted defrosted because it didn't work. Cheap in price but sometimes you have to spend a little bit more for a better product

    Our first unit didn't have the leveling feet, so this was the replacement. This unit had a bad compressor. Told them to just take it back for a return.

    I thought my deep freezer was used I am missing 2 legs for the bottom the box was all ripped up i just feel like it was a bad freezer

    Very narrow and deep. Can’t reach the stuff on the bottom. Had to get a flashlight the other day to find something! HORRIBLE!

    A bushel of freshly roasted and peeled green chile was ruined because the freezer didnt freeze...horrible rancid smell
