Affordable, good size, good price. Easy to install and use

Works well, I use it just to store meat. It holds a good amount if you pack it in nicely. It does dent pretty easily. The door will open real quick and kind of hard. I have a shelf near by with cookware on it and when the lid opened up real quick and hard it slammed into the handle of one of the saucepans and it left a dent. It is quiet.

We purchased this freezer in advance of the covid-19 crisis and are thrilled we did. It stores large quantities of frozen food items while taking up a minimal amount of space. We now make fewer trips to the market. In these uncertain times, it is wise to have a cold-storage option beyond the limitations of a refrigerator.

I purchased this freezer to replace one I've had for many years. I ordered it in store without seeing it. It was geek squad delivered yesterday with a medium size dent in the front out the box. I was told this is common for this unit. They offered me 10% off which was no deal for me to have to look at that ugly dent for years to come, hopefully, so I chose their offer to leave it now and exchange it later. It's very lightweight and has a strong seal. While trying to lift the lid the whole unit slid back, I had to get a butter knife to relase the tenson of the seal, I hope this improves. I like the feature of the lid staying open, although you have to be careful while lowering the lid as it will slam shut. Overall I think it is a great buy at 169.00.

I have always wanted a freezer for the garage and we bought this freezer right before the Covid-19 situation got crazy (so happy we have it now). The freezer is just the right size and holds so much more food than I thought it would! My only suggestions would be: 1. Do make sure you allow the freezer to be pugged in for a couple of hours before you fill it ( I did and the temp was perfect); 2. Organize in sections according what you will use more frequently . Oh...Great price too

This freezer is spacious and is perfect for me. I often Smoke ribs and buy them in bulk. There is enough room for me to stock up. I also smoke chicken, salmon, shrimp and again load up this freezer when stuff goes on sale. I cook for my family and friends regularly and having this freezer has been instrumental. A purchase I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

I purchased this chest freezer to keep extra meat, cheese, and frozen fruits. This freezer works perfectly and is easy to operate. It does not have a defrost function, so frost is building up inside. When the frost is too much, I will empty the freezer, unplug it, allow the frost to melt and drain from the lower drain plug. For the price, this chest freezer is absolutely fantastic.

I've only had the freezer setup for a few days now, so this isn't a review of how it works. I'm giving it 3 stars at the moment due to damage to the lid. I don't know whether it will have any impact on the performance of the freezer, but it's too much of a pain to return it to the store and pickup another one. Just putting it up here for now so there's a record of it. I'll update later on the performance. Cyber week price was great though. If it weren't for the damage, and it works as advertised, this would be 5 stars.

i would always compare prices from different stores and so far bestbuy has been the leader in good quality products and cheaper rate.plus if you have the rewards point you could be paying close to nothing.for a small size apt this 7inch freezer is ideal.its quiet and works fine.no problems so far.delivery was a breeze they were on time and very professional.

With today's 3 door fridges, the freezers tend to be smaller, and it's harder to stack things in them like the old top freezer units in the old refrigerators we grew up with. This is perfect and although some say that you should put them in a garage, this has been perfect to use to stock up with extra for sale frozen items!

I have needed a freezer for some time now but got into a anylisis paralyses researching. I knew I needed chest type freezer because of the energy efficiency but size and price were a nightmare to wade through This freezer I just happened to catch on sale and the size was perfect Time will tell if it’s well built but you can’t beat the price

With short turn around time was able to purchase an affordable freezer chest. To date it has been working effectively and has met all the specs for this device. The ordering, notification and pick up process were efficient. The staff at the pick up site were extremely courteous. Good experience overall.

The 7.0 cubic ft freezer is a good buy for the money. Clean, quiet, don't even know its there. We bought this for our garden items, and still have space for other food items too. Ordered the freezer, and 2 days later it was ready to pickup. Real friendly folks at Best Buy, i'm looking forward to my next purchase there...

The freezer is the perfect size for our family of 3. We haven’t had any problems with the actual freezer at this point. It runs quietly and allows you to change the temperature easily. We had some issues with damage during delivery and follow up by Best Buy, but in the end it was taken care of professionally.
