Although was a bit skeptical in the beginning because it cost much less than other of similar capacity, but so far so good. Just ensure that you open and check the item for any dents. Happened to me when I had to return the first one as it had dents on the side.

Nice freezer

For some reason the first one stopped working within the warranty period so Insignia replaced it. The new one is working fine now. I am very pleased with this purchase and the company that stands behind it's product.
